Services designed for you

We offer a range of subscriptions to suit your practice and client base.

Taking care of your clinical/professional will obligations has never been so easy.

Clinical Will – Bronze

Have a clinical trustee in place already?

Our bronze option formalises your agreement, ensuring that you and your trustee(s) have clarity on your agreement and that your client data is only accessed in the case of you being unable to communicate due to illness or death.

This option ensures that your client data remains secure, and when it’s needed it is securely handled just once.

Getting started with the bronze model takes less than 10 minutes of your time, and provides you and your clinical trustee with a formal signed agreement outlining your wishes.

Clinical Trustee- Silver

Want to release your clinical trustee from their duties?

Our silver package ensures that we act as your clinical trustee, releasing your colleagues or supervisors from the role.

We provide you with a single phone number to get in touch 24 hours a day, and our team of qualified therapists communicates with your clients in the best way for them.

We also provide a follow-up service allowing your clients to call us back should they want more information about referrals or signposting.

We provide you with a template for storing client information (just the essentials) and a leaflet to share with your next of kin informing them of what to do in case of emergency.

Clinical Close- Gold

Want everything taken care of, from clients to ongoing obligations with notes?

This full practice close-down not only informs your clients in an empathic and compassionate way, as with the bronze and silver packages.

We also gather information relating to your digital footprint – closing social media accounts, putting messages on your website, closing subscriptions, and informing those necessary such as member organisations, hosting, and email hosts.

This package also stores digitally any notes that need to be held to satisfy your membership bodies record keeping guidelines or insurance purposes.

Reasons to choose us

Security

Does the thought of your client data passing through many hands worry you?

When we asked private practitioners what the barriers to making a clinical will were, many of them mentioned that they felt uneasy passing client data to trustees on a regular basis.

Unlike other services, we only access your client data when it’s needed. Their personal information is securely handled just once. We test the access point (whether it’s an Electronic Health Record like WriteUpp, Backpac, Kiku or PowerDiary, or a secure document in Google or OneDrive) regularly to ensure secure access.

Developed for you

We know that working in private practice can feel isolating and that we build relationships with our long-term clients who come to trust us.

We also know that giving the responsibility to a colleague/friend or supervisor might seem like a good idea, but if the time comes – that colleague may be unable to carry out your wishes.

Make Your Clinical Will has been set up by a private practitioner who understands the level of care that is needed in handling these difficult conversations.

We’ve done the research and reduced your administration, leaving you more time to focus on what you do best, serving your clients.

Peace of Mind

Want everything taken care of, from communicating with clients to ongoing obligations with notes?

Want to close down all your digital subscriptions that are attached to your business, and reduce any administration on your family or friends?

Peace of mind is one of the things that was requested most when we undertook market research to understand how to develop these services for you.

Our obligations for our practice continue once we are no longer working, and we want to ensure a good night’s sleep for everyone concerned.
