Our Story

Make Your Clinical Will started in 2023 to help people working in private practice to take care of their clinical will and digital legacies.

This was driven by a desire to ensure that clients receive the best possible care, and have continuity of service if their therapist is unable to continue to practice.

Mandy Phillips and Neil Morrin started working together over 15 years ago, creating digitally focused events in Liverpool which supported local businesses to get connected, learn more about digital ways of working and share their passions.

During the lockdown, they set up The Digital Therapist which was born from community Facebook groups which were started to support therapists to tame technology, by using tech to streamline their services and build better websites.

Mandy Phillips

Co-Founder

Mandy is an accredited integrative psychotherapist working in private practice and has a passion for change. Her training in family systems and humanistic psychotherapy gives her a holistic view of the human experience. Her private practice specialises in adults who want to address issues with childhood trauma, particularly those who are keen to break the family patterns that no longer serve them in preparation for becoming parents themselves. As a survivor of childhood abuse, she works with clients to help them overcome their past experiences and thrive in their adult lives.

Keen to support other therapists to spend more time with clients or relax, she develops services to help them manage their own practice. Mandy offers coaching to support integrating technology into therapists practice, allowing them to use booking systems, electronic health records systems and better utilise websites and social media platforms. Through The Digital Therapist, she also offers ‘built for you’ website packages to help therapists get started on their website journeys.

With a previous career in technology, Mandy has worked on major multi-million-pound projects and programmes driving digital transformation in the public sector supporting businesses to focus on the customer (or user) experience.

She loves using technology to make life easier and is a gadget geek who talks to Alexa too many times a day. She loves her two Jack Russell dogs, Sparky and Henry, maintains a jungle on her balcony and loves Lego for mindfulness.
