What if I use WriteUpp?
Perfect! We have working relationships with many software providers.
WriteUpp will create a free ghost user for you so that we can access your client data when needed.
We provide an email address to register to your ghost account when you subscribe.
How do I let my emergency contact know what to do?
When you subscribe, we’ll send you a pack of information which includes your plan details, and an ‘In Case of Emergency’ leaflet which you can print out and keep with your business documents.
This lets your next of kin or emergency contact know what to do should they need to get in touch with us.
How should I store my data?
Ideally, your data should be stored digitally. This ensures easy access for us to test everything works correctly.
When you sign up, we’ll send you a free template to ensure we have all the information we need.
If you’re currently paper-based and want to move to digital, we offer training to help you do that.
How long does it take to set it up?
It depends. If you have all your information in hand, it can take 10 minutes for the bronze and silver packages. The Gold package is a little bit more involved, so I’d suggest allowing half an hour.
There are a couple of forms to fill in to ensure we have all your instructions, once they’re completed, we send out your paperwork for an electronic signature.
Once set up, maintaining your instructions takes 5 minutes every three months or when something changes.
What about data security?
We set up Make Your Clinical Will with data security and privacy at the top of our list. One of the reasons we wanted to provide a professional service was so clinical data wasn’t being passed around unnecessarily.
Your data is secure and safe, and we have chosen world-class software to underpin our systems so that you can be reassured that we will do everything to maintain your and your client’s privacy.
What are the fees?
We offer three subscription packages, ranging from £10 a month to £18 a month depending on which service you’d like to subscribe to. There are no up-front fees and you can cancel anytime.
Can I unsubscribe?
Of course! You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@makeyourclinicalwill.com.
We’ll contact Stripe to cancel the subscription and email you to confirm. You can also cancel on your Stripe dashboard or via the ‘manage my subscription’ link on your receipt.
Please note that our services are only accessible if you have a subscription.
How can I be sure you'll be around when I need you?
We are set up as a limited company, registered at Companies House. Both founders have clinical wills in place to ensure business continuity should anything happen to either one. We’re in this for the long haul.
